Grundy County-Electronic Recycling and Shredding Event

Grundy County Land Use Department will be hosting an electronic (E-waste) and Shredding Event
When:  Saturday April 13, 2024.
Where:  at the east parking lot of the Grundy County Administration Building at 1320 Union Street
Time:  8:00 AM to Noon.

Fees will be applied for all TVs:  (Cash of Check)
$25/each for all TVs except projection
$50.00/TV Projection Size
NOTE:  White goods, humidifiers, and air conditioners will not be accepted.

All other electronics are free for recycling:
Examples:
• Monitors                           – Laptops
• Phones (cell/landline)      – Printers
• PDA/MP3                         – Computer Towers
• Electronic cable               – Printers/Fax/Scanners –
• Electronics                       – Microwaves
• Computer equipment

SHREDDING INFORMATION:
All Shredding—2 box limit
– No plastics or metals
